Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Lifestyle Check mobile application and related services operated by Flavor Fleet Inc. (the “Application”). Flavor Fleet Inc. is the Service Provider.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted solely to enable network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device. Because the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting colin7beaulieu@gmail.com.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain personal information generated through ordinary use of the Application because the Application does not collect or transmit such information for storage. Information you voluntarily send to the Service Provider, for example through direct email correspondence, may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, it will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.
Data Deletion
Data created and kept locally by the Application can be removed from your device by deleting the relevant in-app content, clearing the Application’s local data through your device settings where available, or uninstalling the Application. If you have voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider and would like it deleted, email colin7beaulieu@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to any information the Service Provider is required to retain by applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through another channel, parental or guardian consent must be provided where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure, however, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification. If a breach occurs involving information that you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will provide notice as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider at colin7beaulieu@gmail.com.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
